There is a chance that you did damage to your turbos. The clearance between the housing and the turbine is extremely tight. If any movement happened whatsoever, I see turbine damage coming into account. Its your choice whether or not you want to fix it. You won't hurt your engine necessarily as bad as if your compressor housing were to be FUBAR'd, but you could be boost more on the opposite bank if that turbo is in correct working order, thus causing an imbalance...
